Stanford Mars Rover
Stanford Student Robotics’ Mars Rover team designs and builds a mars rover annually to compete at the international University Rover Challenge in Utah.
Quickbuilds are a weekly event where we take a few hours as a group to hang out as a group and build something fun. Projects include rubber band guns and DIY pogo sticks.
Our newest project has begun investigating new geometries and materials for soft robotic actuators, which could be used to create forms and motions that cannot be built with traditional robotics.
